By purchasing a ticket and completing your booking, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and safety policies for all Eury Luxe Inc. workshops.

1. Safety Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk: You understand that leatherworking is a hands-on craft involving the use of specialized, sharp tools (including needles, cutters, and punches). By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of these tools.

Release of Liability: You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Eury Luxe Inc., its owners, instructors, and the venue host from any liability for personal injuries (such as minor cuts, nips, or abrasions) or property damage sustained during the event.

Safety Compliance: For your safety and the safety of others, you agree to follow all instructor demonstrations and guidelines. Eury Luxe Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant acting in an unsafe manner, without a refund or credit.

2. Curated Locations & Arrival Policy

Rotating Residencies & Venues: Eury Luxe workshops are held in carefully curated, rotating residency spaces and pop-up venues across New York City (including Harlem, Union Square, and the Bronx). We do not operate a permanent retail storefront.

Verifying Your Location: The specific, confirmed venue address for your session is listed on your booking page and will be sent directly to your ticket confirmation email. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify the correct borough and venue address prior to travel.

Punctuality: Our workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

Late Arrivals: Because each workshop begins with an essential safety briefing and initial construction steps, doors close 15 minutes after the start time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for late arrivals or showing up to an incorrect location.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, & Rescheduling

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@euryluxe.com and are processed based on the following timeline:

7+ Days Notice: Eligible for a full refund or a one-time transfer to a future workshop date.

2 to 6 Days Notice: Eligible for a digital credit voucher toward a future workshop, valid for exactly one year from the original date.

Less than 48 Hours / No-Show: Tickets are strictly non-refundable and ineligible for credit, as workshop materials, seating, and staffing are fully finalized.
